Hi everybody, I just released my debut CD called 'Just the Sun' on Wednesday, October 19th at the Yardbird Suite here in Edmonton, Alberta! And WOW, the show sold out - thanks so much! 

I was so honoured and privileged to have had the band that I recorded the CD with join me at the Yardbird Suite: Producer and Juno-nominated Sandro Dominelli – Drums, Mike Lent – Bass, Jim Head – Guitar, Co-producer Wes Inaba – Piano, and Bob Tildesley – Trumpet. 



Thanks so much to the many, many supporters that have helped me get to this point - it couldn't have happened without a whole bunch of wonderful and caring people! And thanks also, so much, to my sponsors for the concert: Piasta Printing, Artistic Creations, Danlyn Studios and Pure Artists!

I was also so happy to be able to support the Canadian Mental Health Association - Edmonton Region with my CD Release Concert by donating 20% of 'Just the Sun' concert ticket sales and 20% of concert CD sales! Supporting this amazing charity was such a natural thing to do - my album 'Just the Sun' is all about finding a light - 'Just the Sun' - whether a person or something special in your life that makes things a bit brighter for you. 



I'm starting to put some video footage up on my YouTube channel  so if you missed the concert, you can catch some of it there! The album is now up on CD Baby and iTunes so you can buy it there and you can also buy physical copies through HMV stores in Canada, and through FYE stores in the U.S. The album has also been released to Canadian radio stations and is starting to get play from coast to coast, so that's exciting!  To hear some clips of the songs on 'Just the Sun' go to my Music page.
